Heat Transfer Neck Labels are applied using a recognized heat transfer machine to eliminate unsightly woven neck labels. They can include but not necessarily have : brand ID, size, care/content, RN etc.

Applications: A heat transfer is applied in the inside neck to denote the details above. It can be as extensive or as limited in content as the designer requests.

Common Pitfalls: Factories must have a recognized heat transfer machine and not attempt to apply these with a common iron. Because of the nature of the heat transfer, fabric testing regarding both application and wash testing should be done before bulk production proceeds. All details should be checked to eliminate incorrect information on a permanent label. Attention should be paid to color - black transfers cannot show up on a black garment - the most common universal color is silver.
